- 4 ripe bananas
- 8 spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar and water to create a syrup.
- Take a spring roll wrapper and place a banana half on it.
- Roll the wrapper tightly around the banana and seal the edges with a bit of the syrup.
- Repeat with the remaining bananas and wrappers.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the wrapped bananas in the basket and spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with the remaining syrup before serving.
