Air Fryer Banana Turon is a delicious Filipino dessert made with ripe bananas and a crispy wrapper, perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 8 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar and water to create a syrup.
  3. Take a spring roll wrapper and place a banana half on it.
  4. Roll the wrapper tightly around the banana and seal the edges with a bit of the syrup.
  5. Repeat with the remaining bananas and wrappers.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  8. Place the wrapped bananas in the basket and spray the tops with cooking spray.
  9. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with the remaining syrup before serving.
