Description

Air Fryer Bang Bang Chicken is a crispy and flavorful dish that combines tender chicken with a spicy and creamy sauce, perfect for a quick meal or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
  3. Coat the chicken pieces in flour, then dip them in the beaten eggs, and finally coat them with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Once cooked, toss the chicken in the prepared sauce until well coated.
