- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
- Coat the chicken pieces in flour, then dip them in the beaten eggs, and finally coat them with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, toss the chicken in the prepared sauce until well coated.

- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha to the sauce.
