- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, chopped bacon, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the Brussels sprouts are well coated.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and the bacon is cooked.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Feel free to add other seasonings like paprika or Parmesan cheese for added flavor.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
