- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
- Place the pork in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, shred the pork with two forks and mix with orange juice.
- Warm the corn tortillas in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble the tacos by adding shredded pork, diced onion, and chopped cilantro to each tortilla.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.

- For extra flavor, marinate the pork overnight with the spice mixture.
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings like avocado or salsa.
