Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
  4. Place the pork in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Once cooked, shred the pork with two forks and mix with orange juice.
  6. Warm the corn tortillas in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Assemble the tacos by adding shredded pork, diced onion, and chopped cilantro to each tortilla.
  8. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
