- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup orange juice
- 8 small corn tortillas
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, cumin, chili powder, onion, and garlic.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
- Place the pork in the air fryer basket and cook for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C).
- Remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes before shredding.
- Warm the corn tortillas in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shredded pork on the tortillas and garnishing with cilantro and lime juice.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork shoulder overnight.
- Serve with your favorite taco toppings like avocado, salsa, or cheese.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more chili powder or jalapeños.
