Description
Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls are a delicious and innovative twist on traditional cheeseburgers, combining the flavors of a classic burger with the crispy texture of egg rolls, all made conveniently in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions, pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place 2-3 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Seal the edges with a little water.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the beef mixture.
- These egg rolls can be frozen before cooking; just add a few extra minutes to the cooking time if cooking from frozen.
- Experiment with different cheeses or add bacon for extra flavor.
