- 8 oz brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Place a small piece of brie cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Place the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
Notes
- Make sure to not overfill the pastry to prevent leakage.
- These bites can be made ahead of time and frozen before cooking.
