Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- In a skillet, brown the patties on both sides over medium heat.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and beef broth.
- Place the browned patties in a baking dish and pour the soup mixture over them.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
