- 1 package of pre-made pie crusts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut it into small circles.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and a spoonful of apple pie filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
