Description

A delicious and healthy Asparagus Goat Cheese Frittata that is gluten-free, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup asparagus, chopped
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped asparagus and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
