Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Char the lime halves on the grill until grill marks appear, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add corn, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to the mashed avocado.
- Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Serve with the charred lime on the side for extra flavor.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, leave some seeds in the jalapeño.
- This salsa can be made a few hours in advance; just add the avocado right before serving to prevent browning.
