- 4 slices of bacon, chopped

- 4 hamburger buns, cut into quarters

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped bacon, diced onion, diced bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil and place a patty in the center of each piece.
- Top each patty with shredded cheddar cheese and a quarter of a hamburger bun.
- Fold the foil over the patties to create sealed packets.
- Place the foil packs on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through.
- Carefully open the foil packs and serve with optional toppings like pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
