Description

Delicious burgers stuffed with jalapeño poppers and wrapped in crispy bacon.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeños, diced
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and diced jalapeños.
  4. Form the ground beef into patties, making a small indentation in the center of each.
  5. Stuff each patty with the jalapeño mixture and seal the edges.
  6. Wrap each stuffed patty with two slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
