- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapeños, diced
- 8 slices of bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and diced jalapeños.
- Form the ground beef into patties, making a small indentation in the center of each.
- Stuff each patty with the jalapeño mixture and seal the edges.
- Wrap each stuffed patty with two slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
- Grill the burgers for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Serve on burger buns with optional toppings.
