Description

Ingredients

  • 1 round Brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
  • 1 baguette or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the cranberries, pecans, brown sugar, honey, vanilla extract, and rosemary.
  4. Spoon the cranberry mixture over the top of the Brie.
