- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cranberry sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- If using, fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
Notes
- For a sweeter dip, use sweetened cranberry sauce.
- Can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Adjust the amount of garlic powder and black pepper to taste.
