Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the feta cheese in the center.
  3. Surround the feta with fresh cranberries.
  4. Drizzle honey and olive oil over the feta and cranberries.
  5. Sprinkle dried thyme and black pepper on top.
  6. If using, add chopped walnuts around the feta.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the feta is soft and cranberries are bursting.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with crackers or bread.
