Description

A delicious dessert featuring sweet baked peaches topped with brown sugar and served with creamy vanilla yogurt.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
  3. Place the peach halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the peaches.
  5. Add a small piece of butter on top of each peach half.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the peaches are tender.
  7. Serve warm with a dollop of vanilla yogurt on top.
