- 4 ripe peaches
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
- Place the peach halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the peaches.
- Add a small piece of butter on top of each peach half.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the peaches are tender.
- Serve warm with a dollop of vanilla yogurt on top.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can drizzle honey over the yogurt.
- Use fresh, ripe peaches for the best taste.
