- 4 ripe pears
- 1 cup goat cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the pears in half and remove the cores.
- Place the pear halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
- In a bowl, mix the goat cheese with honey and cinnamon until well combined.
- Spoon the goat cheese mixture into the center of each pear half.
- Sprinkle dried cranberries and walnuts on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pears are tender.
- Serve warm, drizzled with additional honey if desired.
