Description

A delicious dessert featuring baked pears topped with creamy goat cheese, drizzled with honey, and sprinkled with cranberries.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe pears
  • 1 cup goat cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the pears in half and remove the cores.
  3. Place the pear halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
  4. In a bowl, mix the goat cheese with honey and cinnamon until well combined.
  5. Spoon the goat cheese mixture into the center of each pear half.
  6. Sprinkle dried cranberries and walnuts on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pears are tender.
