BBQ Baby Back Ribs with Sticky Glaze is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines tender pork ribs with a sweet and sticky barbecue sauce.

- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Season the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally.
- During the last 30 minutes, brush the ribs with the sticky glaze mixture.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
Notes
- For extra tenderness, you can wrap the ribs in foil during the first hour of cooking.
- Adjust the sweetness of the glaze by adding more or less honey.
- These ribs can also be cooked in the oven if a grill is not available.
