- 2 flatbreads
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Place the flatbreads on the grill for 1-2 minutes until slightly toasted.
- Remove the flatbreads and spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and red onion slices over the chicken.
- Return the flatbreads to the grill and close the lid. Grill for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
