Description
A delicious BBQ Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich that combines the smoky flavor of BBQ chicken with the gooeyness of melted cheese, all sandwiched between crispy bread.

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup cooked BBQ chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Optional: pickles or jalapeños for topping
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Layer the shredded BBQ chicken on top of the bread.
- Add the shredded cheese on top of the BBQ chicken.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in BBQ sauce before cooking.
- Feel free to add vegetables like onions or peppers for added crunch.
- Serve with a side of chips or a salad for a complete meal.
