Description

Delicious BBQ chicken sandwiches topped with a crunchy slaw for a perfect balance of flavors and textures.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  2. In another bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to make the slaw.
  3. Toast the sandwich buns lightly.

  6. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
