Description

Delicious BBQ chicken sliders served on soft Hawaiian rolls, perfect for parties or a quick meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup coleslaw (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Evenly distribute the BBQ chicken mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. If desired, add coleslaw and pickles on top of the chicken.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on the chicken and cover with foil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until heated through.
  8. Remove from the oven, serve warm, and enjoy!

  • Feel free to use store-bought rotisserie chicken for convenience.
