- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Coleslaw (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine chicken breasts, BBQ sauce, chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
- Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce.
- Toast the hamburger buns if desired.
- Serve the pulled chicken on the buns and top with coleslaw if using.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in BBQ sauce overnight before cooking.
