Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
