- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- Rub the olive oil all over the chicken.
- Season the chicken with BBQ spice rub, salt, and black pepper.
- Open the can of beer and drink or pour out half of it.
- Insert the beer can into the cavity of the chicken.
- Place the chicken upright on the grill and close the lid.
- Cook for about 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
