Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the Halloween-themed sprinkles.
- Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the bars cool completely before frosting.
- For the frosting, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and spreadable.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled cookie bars and add more sprinkles on top if desired.
- Cut into squares and serve.
