Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine the blackberries and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter over the blackberries in the mug.
- Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the cobbler is cooked through.
- Let it cool for a minute before serving.
