- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch dressing and mayonnaise until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
