Description

A delicious and creamy potato salad that combines the classic flavors of a BLT with a ranch twist, perfect for BBQs and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of baby potatoes
  • 1 cup of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup of ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup of green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. Once cooled, cut the potatoes into quarters.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, bacon, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and green onions.
