Description
A refreshing and aromatic summer drink combining the flavors of blueberries, lavender, and lemon.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup dried culinary lavender
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh lavender sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, sugar, and dried lavender. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain the lavender syrup into a pitcher, discarding the lavender.
- Add the fresh blueberries and remaining 3 cups of water to the pitcher.
- Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh lavender sprigs.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
- For a sparkling version, replace some of the water with sparkling water.
- Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
