A deliciously sweet and tangy BBQ sauce made with bourbon and fresh peaches, perfect for grilling.

- 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine diced peaches and bourbon over medium heat.
- Cook for about 5 minutes until peaches are soft.
- Add ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool before using.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- This sauce pairs well with grilled chicken, pork, and ribs.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar to taste.
