Description

A deliciously sweet and tangy BBQ sauce made with bourbon and fresh peaches, perfect for grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine diced peaches and bourbon over medium heat.
  2. Cook for about 5 minutes until peaches are soft.
  3. Add ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool before using.
