Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and onions. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 1 hour.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, apple cider vinegar, mustard seeds, celery seeds, turmeric, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Drain the cucumbers and onions, then pack them into sterilized jars.
  4. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the cucumbers and onions, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  5. Seal the jars and let them cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
  6. Allow the pickles to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving for best flavor.
