Description

Buffalo Chicken Dip Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that combines the flavors of buffalo chicken dip with the convenience of sliders.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing until well combined.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sliders are heated through and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce to the mixture.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
  • Serve with extra ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing on the side.
