- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 12 slider buns
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing until well combined.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the chicken mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sliders are heated through and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce to the mixture.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Serve with extra ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing on the side.
