Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and green onions.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture onto each rectangle.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
