A fun and interactive way to create your own sliders with a variety of toppings and sauces.
Ingredients
- Slider buns – 12
- Ground beef – 1 lb
- Ground turkey – 1 lb
- Cheese slices – 6
- Lettuce – 1 cup, shredded
- Tomato – 1, sliced
- Pickles – 1 cup, sliced
- Onions – 1 cup, sliced
- Ketchup – 1/2 cup
- Mustard – 1/4 cup
- BBQ sauce – 1/2 cup
- Avocado – 1, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the ground beef and turkey by seasoning them with salt and pepper.
- Form the meat into small patties, about the size of the slider buns.
- Grill or pan-fry the patties over medium heat until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings by slicing the vegetables and cheese.
- Once the patties are done, place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and let it melt.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun and adding desired toppings and sauces.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your custom sliders!

- Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preferences.
- For a vegetarian option, consider using black bean patties or portobello mushrooms.
