Description

Ingredients

  • Slider buns – 12
  • Ground beef – 1 lb
  • Ground turkey – 1 lb
  • Cheese slices – 6
  • Lettuce – 1 cup, shredded
  • Tomato – 1, sliced
  • Pickles – 1 cup, sliced
  • Onions – 1 cup, sliced
  • Ketchup – 1/2 cup
  • Mustard – 1/4 cup
  • BBQ sauce – 1/2 cup
  • Avocado – 1, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ground beef and turkey by seasoning them with salt and pepper.
  2. Form the meat into small patties, about the size of the slider buns.
  3. Grill or pan-fry the patties over medium heat until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings by slicing the vegetables and cheese.
  5. Once the patties are done, place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and let it melt.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun and adding desired toppings and sauces.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your custom sliders!
