Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 100g fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions
