- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Grease a cast-iron skillet with olive oil.
- Roll out the pizza dough to fit the skillet and place it in the skillet.
- Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the dough.
