- 1 cedar plank (soaked in water for at least 1 hour)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillet on the soaked cedar plank.
- Brush the maple mustard glaze generously over the salmon.
- Place the cedar plank on the grill and close the lid.
- Grill for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
