- 1 cup shredded cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them in a bowl.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until beef is browned.
- Mix the beef mixture with the mashed potatoes and cheese.
- Roll out the potato mixture and cut into pockets.
- Fill each pocket with the beef and cheese mixture.
- Seal the edges and brush with egg wash.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
