Description

Delicious stuffed pasta shells filled with creamy chicken Alfredo and topped with melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture.
  5. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish and cover with remaining Alfredo sauce.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the filling for extra flavor.
  • Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
