Description

Delicious breakfast rolls filled with cheesy eggs and seasoned beef, perfect for a hearty morning meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and then add them to the skillet. Scramble until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  6. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  7. Place a spoonful of the beef and egg mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  8. Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
