- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and then add them to the skillet. Scramble until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and egg mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
