A delicious and indulgent cheesy garlic shrimp bread that combines succulent shrimp with a rich, cheesy topping, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the shrimp mixture evenly over the bread halves.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the shrimp mixture.
- Can substitute shrimp with cooked chicken or vegetables for a different variation.
- Best served fresh out of the oven.
