Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, diced ham, chopped onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
- Pour the soup mixture over the potato and ham mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
