- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cheese mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
