- 6 cups cubed bread
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the cooked sausage, cubed bread, and 1 cup of shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
