- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, sauté the minced garlic over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add the chopped artichoke hearts and fresh spinach to the skillet, cooking until the spinach wilts.
- Stir in the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, mixing well to coat the pasta with the creamy sauce.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir to combine.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
