Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
