Description

Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups are a delicious twist on traditional lasagna, featuring tender lasagna noodles filled with a creamy chicken Alfredo mixture, rolled up, and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a lasagna noodle, spread a portion of the chicken mixture on it, and roll it up tightly.
  6. Place the roll-up seam side down in the baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
  7. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the filling for extra flavor.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
  • For a lighter version, use low-fat cheese and Alfredo sauce.
