- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth.
- If using, stir in the mixed vegetables.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the stuffing mix with the melted butter until well combined.
- Spread the stuffing mixture over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
